- Cancellations or changes made before 0:00 of the 1 th day from the check in date will be not subjected to any penalty.
- Cancellation or changes made after 00:00 of the 1 th day from the check in
date will be subjected to a 1 Night Stay penalty.
- Cancellations or changes made the same check in date
will be subjected to a 1 Night Stay penalty.
- If the guest doesn't come to the hotel on the check in date, it will be considered a
No-Show and his credit card will be charged for a Entire stay penalty.
- If the guest arrives to the hotel the next day or later than the check in date, his/her reservation will not be considered valid; the hotel will be free to decide for his/her reservation.
- For cancellation and change purposes, we consider the italian time as reference (Greenwich + 1).
- In case of multiple room booking, penalties apply to each room that is cancelled or changed.
- No refunds will be given for late check in or early check out.
- Cancellations or changes must be made directly by the guest to Boutique Hotel Reservations.
