Our hotel, situated in one of Florence’s most central streets is to be found in a Building which goes back to the 17th century, A marble stone dated 1807 proves that in the seventeen hundreds it was used as a residence for monks from the nearby Santa Maria Novella monastry, (100 yards away).

It became a hotel in 1912 and was run by the same family up until 1975, when it was taken over by the present proprietors who take great pride in providing the maximum of hospitality and comfort.


Hotel Nizza has now been completely transformed with the last remodernisation made during the winter of the years 2000/2001 the 18 rooms have been totally renovated with private bathroom, air conditioning, satelite television, hair dryer, direct telephone line, so becoming a top quality hotel in its category.
