can I book a Room?

Search:
A-
In the Page of the selected property,
you can directly control the room availability, typing in the arrival
and the departure date (Look Picture 1).

Please type the arrival and the departure date, then click on the Check
Availability.
B-
In this Page, the list of the available room for the requested date, will
be visualized.(Look Picture 2).

Price for a one room for a night.

Display Rates: It is the Price-list of the properties.
3- Exchange Rate: It's the exchange
rate of the room price.

To go on with the reservation, select room type and click on "Book".
*In case if there is not
available room for the requested dates, the
"Agent Key" Secure Software suggests you a list of structures
with available room.

In this page, the first dates are requested in order to go on with the
reservation (Look Picture. 3).

the number of people per room.

Important" Before going on with the reservation, read
carefully the Cancellation Policy.
5- Display Rates: It's the Price List
of the property.
6- Exchange Rate: It's the Exchange
Rate of the Room Price.
7- Another Room: Click here only in
order to make a new reservation for another room.
8- After reading and typing the necessary
data, you can go on with the reservations, Click on
"Continue Reservation".
D- In this Page provide the personal
data and the credit card details.(Look Picture 3).

To finish
the reservations:
"Confirm
by Credit Card"
If You typed all the data correctly new page will appear that inform you
about that your reservations has been confirmed (We suggest You to
print this page as a confermation of Your Reservation)...
"Confirm
by Fax" In case if You do
not want to provide your credit card details you can choose to send these
details by Fax.
After typing all the necessary
data, including the credit card details, your reservation will be registered
in the "Agent Key" Secure Software, and an E-mail will be sent
to you by confirming your reservation
with a relative confirmation Number.
Are
taxes included in the rate?
Taxes and breakfast charges are included in the room rate,
if not otherwise specified. In case taxes and breakfast are not included,
rates details will be listed in the hotel description.[top]

Can I specify where I would
like my room located (preferred floor, next to pool, etc.)?
The hotel staff will do the best to accommodate special requests.
We cannot guarantee room location because it is subject to availability.
After booking the room via our reservation system you should call the
hotel directly to request additional preferences.[top]
Is the room rate per
person or per night?
The quoted room rate is per room per night. The rate will reflect the
number of persons you entered in the Search Form. It is for one person
if you selected one person and it's for two people if you selected two

Could't you send me the hotel
phone/fax number?
You receive the hotel phone/fax number ONLY with your booking confirmation.
We can't provide you this information before you book the room.[top]
Do I need a credit card to
make a reservation?
Yes, the service provider/hotel will confirm a reservation only when you
provide your credit card details to guarantee your booking. Please, note:
Our Reservation Service is free of charge, so all your credit card details
are going directly to the hotel and you will pay only for accommodation.[top]
When
do I have to include my credit card number?
You will be required to submit a credit card number at the time of booking.
The majority of the hotels will not hold rooms without a credit card number.
Your credit card will not be charged until you check out of the hotel
unless the type of room you selected states that a deposit is required
or some others restrictions.

it safe to use my credit card?

Agent-Key Secure system utilizes a system which encrypts the credit card

What is your privacy policy?
We do not share your personal data.
All data submitted is kept confidential and is not passed on to any third

What
is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation policy depends on every hotel/hotel's chain. You can also
read the hotel description to determine the cancellation & noshow
policy of your hotel. These policies will vary, so you must read each
one carefully. Most policies will state that you must cancel the room(s)
by 1, 2, 3, or 7 days prior to your specified arrival.
If you cancel before this, generally you will not be charged a penalty.
Canceling after this period will result in a cancellation penalty fee.

Is
parking available? Free parking? Long-term parking?
Most hotels offer free parking to their guests. Long-term parking is offered
at the discretion of the hotel (often in conjunction with park and fly
rates).

Our
children will be with us... do they stay free?
Usually children under 5 years of age stay for free in their parent's
room using the existing bedding. The age requirement differs depending
on the hotel's policy.

Are rollaway beds/cribs available?
Most hotels offer rollaway beds and cribs (typically at a charge- Euro
15.00 - Euro 50.00 each). Some hotels have restrictions on what room types
will allow rollaway beds.
